The purpose of this partnership agreement is to define the roles and responsibilities of LR and OPGF in areas such as raising awareness among youth on human rights, women empowerment, peace, leadership, private partnerships, and the rule of law. It also focuses on encouraging dialogue on youth development, volunteerism, advocacy for overseas legal guidance, networking, and exploring research collaboration, as well as facilitating an internship program.
