The main founder and among pioneer members was Mr. Sheraz Khan, Senior Attorney Islamabad Bar Association of High court Pakistan, along with three other members. Over time, these founders have become prominent figures in their respective fields, including humanitarian work, legal analysis, leadership in major law firms, human rights activism, and expertise in community and development sectors.

LR is currently offering a sustainability solution to a program “An Effective Means for Improving Access to Justice Through the Promotion of Legal Entrepreneurship in Pakistan”, supported by the U.S. State Department of Public Affairs through the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan. This program focused on building the capacity of fresh law graduates through mentorship and training in both the theoretical and practical aspects of legal practice.
Following the successful completion of this phase and the conclusion of the project, LR identified an existing gap and volunteered to address it with the help of a dedicated team of professional experts. LR concentrated on further developing the skills of fresh law graduates who had recently completed the aforementioned project on legal entrepreneurship, providing mentorship on all aspects of successful independent legal practice.
LR also takes pride in its professional and strategic collaborations with national and international stakeholders, such as bar associations, academia, and civil society. These collaborations aim to foster opportunities for professional and cultural knowledge exchange and strengthen people-to-people ties between the U.S. and Pakistan.
